With my lefty wenger, don't remember the type. Also made my first couple of lanyards. That's why this one is a bit long. Don't want to waste any paracord because I'll be trying different lanyard types every couple of days.

Yep - gotta be off the ground, for sure. I had a rope bed built on tripods over last winter and earlier this year, but the critters are eating the cotton rope (or taking it for their nest) so I took it down. I'll replace it with something better real soon...

Nikki, what is the small chunk of metal? Copper? Also, what is that little fixed blade? Seems like a very self-defense oriented piece!

Yup, that's a copper nugget. The fixed blade is called an Embla Skinner. It's a custom a buddy of mine made.
