My Shirogorov F3
Like TouchOfRed said, they're expensive, but worth it to me. I've go this one and a Mod95T. Had an F3, but sold that one recently to a friend of mine.

The F3 really is great. Snappy actions, sublimely smooth, and the ergos are great, though my mod95 is a tiny bit better because its thinner. The F3 is with me today as a matter of fact :)

 
Got rushed to the hospital yesterday, but luckily my new Leatherman Freestyle CX showed up yesterday too and is keeping me company!

Sometimes I force pieces together incorrectly, and that spanto tip really helps pry them apart when my daughter yells at me :p

Pocket clip is recessed under the back sandoff. Really like this clip a lot. Similar to many aftermarket offerings. Very discreet.

My girlfriend held it so I could take some in hand pics. She has smallish hands but you can get the idea of scale. 3.5in blade.
