Thought i'd ask for some simple info. I bought a cuda cu220 from ebay advertised as having ats-34 blade steel. Having never seen Camillus advertise this knife in this steel before I thought i'd grab it.The box has on it ATS-34 USA. Even though there is no marking on the blade, and it seems to be the 420hc model should I believe that it is ats-34? The knife is great just wanting to know!Thank's

Apparently the box is mislabed.. as they were only ever offered in 154CM
and 420HC.

If the search function worked on these forums right now, I believe there is a post from Will Fennel that says the box says ats-34 because it became part of the logo or something.

My understanding of the product description on the Camillus website

http://www.camillusknives.com/1mainframe.htm?cuda/index.shtml~main

is that the blade on the standard version is of AUS-8 steel and the HANDLE is 420HC steel. Is this incorrect or are the above post incorrect.

Also, as to the above post of this knife only being available in 154CM along with its standard blade steel (whether it's AUS-8 or 420HC) the information I've found about this knife says that it was also available with a talonite blade at one point as well.
