EDC IV Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I decided to carry this again. The anodization is starting to wear a little, so I might send it in for the CR spa treatment.

Drove up to Estes Park, CO yesterday. The drive itself was gorgeous, and my crappy phone certainly can't do the scenery justice. I also got to see the hotel from The Shining. I was hoping it would be more creepy, but it was majestic and inviting.

Hope you checked out the knife shop just off the Main Street in downtown Estes. A little pricy but they do carry some sweet stuff.

Testing the MagTac Rechargeable System for work, I am not impressed. I wanted to like this light, but for the money there are a lot better options out there.

Really digging the Marttiini - this is the Condor Big Game Hunter model - I'm grabbing this instead of the Mora Companion lately:



 
I have not a clue who made it or were it was made. Its one well put together knife. I was lucky enough to buy the only two that were for sale. The blade reminds me of a William Henry type finish.

Just sharpened up my buddy's mini grip and my Skeletool CX. Gonna go with this setup today.

Mine today. That happens when someone in your family are bastards. Almost got killed. Idiot would cut my hand off if i sharpen knife in this month. Both arterias and nerve. Mutant flipper is still best one.

Can I get an English translation for this?

What happened?
 
I'm curious, myself, d0nut. My interpretation is that a family member tried to cut his hand off, using his own knife, but I would like more details of how the situation escalated to that point.

I hope the situation works itself out without further bloodshed or unnecessary jail time, too.

In the meantime, I'm carrying my apple splitting maul.



TOPS Lil' Roughneck. With some help from the red and green DMT surfaces, it will cut Saran Wrap.
