You know, even with all of my expensve knives, I still love my old SOG aegis. I don't carry it much at all anymore, but every once in a while I will because its just such a good little knife for me. Had it for 5 years and used it non-stop for 3, and its still going.

Ok seriously I love that thing now I want to do it too. One question what color was the scale before you dyed it I assume it has to be something fairly light for it to work.

It was either green or light brown... I'm colorblind so I'm not sure which one it was at first haha
