Today it's my Jigged Pioneer Bone #73 - don't bring this one along too often because it's the thickest and heaviest GEC/variant that I own. But she is purty, tho':

Thanks guys, I'm stoked about this one. Since I'm having a "blue day", I'm also carrying this one. I figure add 'em together and divide by two, and I'm carrying 2 average sized blades. :D

I can't recall the last folder that I found as comfortable in hand as the 0562...what an incredibly sweet design. I bet a lot of people will pass on those having never held one and that would be a shame, plus its a great slicer.
 
Ended up with a lot of orange today for some reason. That's okay. It was orange kind of day. :D
