Nice rifle. That's my Hunter too. I got a limited 28" octagon barrel. The slower round doesn't shatter the hide. My family makes drums out of the hide.
 
Looks like a lot of fun man. I need to get into it. Last and only deer I got was on a lodges porch in a t-shirt and jeans with a sks haha. Made a great stew!

That's pretty cool. No one in my area does that. I'm a big fan of octagon barrels too.
This gun is relatively new to me. Hasn't even had a full box ran through it.

This Skyline just arrived today. I like that it was $32, it's made in the U.S., it's very sharp Sandvik steel, and it's comfortable and nimble in the hand. What I don't like is the liner lock. Lockup is minimal (to my eye) and it bends a bit like a soda can. I'll just be careful with it, otherwise it's a nice budget folder.

I love this time of the year... last few pages are pleasure to look at, unbelievable pictures and knives...
