No Sir.
Those are factory scales that come on the recently released 2016 Benchmade Forum knife.
Which is a very nice Limited Edition Contego:
It's got jimp-less liners, CF scales, DLC'ed M390 blade and DLC'ed Hardware (standoffs, clip, screws & axis bar).
Sweet.

William Henry Damascus blade, Sterling Silver Bolster, and 110,000 year old Brain Coral scales. Small but cuts like crazy.

Yes it is Kestrel. They don't make anymore so I searched the entire internet to find only one store that still had one on hand.

Nice choice. I love William Henry knives. Unfortunately I'm not able to see your picture on my iPad but I'm sure it's a beauty.
