EDC knife - ZT 0562 or ZT 0566 ?

I don't have both, just the 562. But after my CRK Unumzaan its my favorite knife. Mine has a strong detent, but slings the blade out faster than any assisted knife I've ever used. I don't use many knives smaller that 3.5 inches, so I don't have the 566 but I have handled it, and it's not close to the 562 in my OPINION. But they're ZT so I don't think you can go wrong with either.

I only have the 566, which I bought because I wanted something a little smaller for office carry that was still a step up from my usual EDCs in terms of materials and construction. I initially felt some buyer's remorse with the 566, as mine has a very strong detent that has been slow to break in, but I have come to really like it as an EDC folder. Even so, I would have a hard time recommending it for any reason except to get Elmax in a slightly smaller knife than most ZTs.

The 770 is a great option also....especially the CF. It is one of the sturdiest knifes I've had with both slabs being Carbon Fiber. But definitely a different animal than both the 566 and 562. If my 770CF is like holding a nice strong knife, then the 562CF is like holding a hammer.

So for my daily wear (jeans) I'm currently carrying the 562CF. When I dress up a bit and want to go light, but still want a blade worthy of pretty much anything I'd EVER use it for, I grab the 770CF. Now that there's a 450 on the shelf for lighter weight, it's a little more difficult to choose, but I'd still say the 770 is a little more sturdy feeling.

Decision decisions. I've had a rough time choosing too, that's why I just started buying all of the models I can get my hands on (cost effectively). ;)

I was going to buy the 0562, but after handling both, I went with the 0566. They're both great, but the smaller one fit my hands slightly better. They are really, really similar, though.
