Detail question on the ganza:
When we send in our emails, is it enough to include the names of the blades we want to buy?......or do we have to be sure to put the numbers of the knives in the emails? Just want to get it right. Waiting for Boss to bring it.

In the Busse lexicon, 3/16ths is skinny. You can't even call it fat until it exceeds 1/4".

Wasn't calling 3/16" fat. They are typically .22, which is what I thought they would be.
