I won't carry a neck knife, it compromises too much blade. I can pack a 5" folder in the pocket space taken up by an Izula. A 4" Spyderco Military is even better, and similar in weight, to the Izula.
I've been carrying my ESEE-3 Clip Point daily, even while wearing a suit, and it is the best EDC knife I could imagine. All of the benefits of a fixed blade, while having just enough blade for any job I could come across, with a handle big enough to get a real grip on. It's also flat and concealable.
