Got my email!! Order placed! Been 4years of missing sales and finally got an EDC coming!!! I have 1 question for the group, I know this version is slice ier than the previous versions but how much "weaker" would y'all place it? Even though Weak is prolly not a word to ever describe one of Nathan's D3V masterpieces.

I’ve been abusing my EDC 2024-1.2-4 (the new one) since I got it. There isn’t anything I have done with my EDC2 that I wouldn’t do with the new one.
I would say use it with reckless abandon. It won’t fail.

This is exactly what I want to hear! Thank you for the reply! I'm not planning on reckless abuse but it's good know!
The knife in the above picture was dropped from 4 feet directly onto its tip. On my garage floor concrete. It stuck in the floor for a second then tipped over taking a little chunk of concrete out. The knife only had a tiny bur at the tip that could be felt with my finger nail. Scared the hell out of me when it happened. That little burr sharpened right out on a stone.

That is absolutely amazing!!! Not that you dropped your knife ofcourse. I feel your pain there. I had a Dawson couple years ago that came out the sheath (3hours old) when I jumped out my truck tip to concrete.....broke the tip off. Pretty knife complete trash sheath.
