where ever you are, whatever you are doing, take a picture of your pocket contents and see if it matches my EDC check list.

Here is my pocket dump. I don't wear a watch and took the picture with my phone. Lol
 
The pen is a Benchmade Aluminum tactical pen. Use it everyday! The little Kershaw is great for work because it doesn't scare the sheeps. Lol
 
Ha, no kidding, what do you think of the Benchmade folder, I have been thinking about buying one, but I'm not sure.
 


The fixed blade is a zt566 that has the blade tack welded to the non-locking side, then the lock side replaces with orange g10 and the whole thing bolted and epoxied back together. No lighter or flashlight because I rarely need then and have both in the car anyway.
