EDC pocket organizer?

I keep change and keys in my pocket to add "character" to my knives! Lol, That is, when my 3 year old daughter doesn't ask for it to play the claw machines trying to win a stuffed animal.
I carry my phone in my back left pocket, wallet in back right, big folder front right, change keys and whatever "extra" knife I have on me in the front left.
I have a friend who puts his phone and wallet in his front pockets and nothing in his back pockets. He carries his keys in his hand and literally throws em on a counter wherever he winds up. (He's lost em plenty of times) it's just downright unnatural to me, and every single other person I know. I'd feel "frontally bloated" carrying all that chit in my front pockets. Who carries their wallet and HUGE cell phone in their front pockets?!
I have never thought of using a pocket organizer, but it seems like it might be a good idea. It might trip me up and be more trouble than it's worth though, defeating the purpose.

I believe my carhartt pants/jeans have the cell phone pocket. But your pants appear to be either the "cell phone pants" or "tacoma ripstop pants". I'm looking for something a tad dressier than the regular carhartt work jeans.

I looked at the many pocket organizers available and wasn't finding something exactly to my desire.

I have a 2xAA MiniMag and a simple 5in OAL fixed blade I wanted to organize. I spend about $70 bucks in tools and another $15 in Horween strip of leather, but I can make a lot more stuff now and learning has been fun.

I still am waiting for the tools to clean up the edges, but for now its ok. Not bad for my first try. I got a couple wallets done too.




Slightly different variant with a Credit Card slot.
