EDC Search

I'll throw a few suggestions out too...
Spyderco Stretch
Cold Steel Code 4 (like the spear point myself)
Kershaw Link m390

You also can't go wrong with a Ontario Rat 1 in D2 steel for under $40.

Any experience with Kizer knives? I know they are relatively knew company . Saw the Begleiter and reminds me a lot of the 940 with a longer blade, but relatively narrow across, nice slim profile when closed.

The v3 vigor looks pretty nice too with the almost spanto style blade.

My issue with a lot of spydercos and cold steel knives is they are so wide when closed. I carry a lot of junk in my pockets at work and have a knife that's 2 inches wide closed is annoying in pocket, when you have keys,an air blower, and victorinox tinker or cadet in the same pocket.

if you add a few extra bucks to your budget, I would recommend a ZT0450 (or o450CF). Fantastic for EDC, bearing pivot, s35vn steel, titanium framelock, and a rock solid lifetime warranty....cant go wrong:-)

That's a pretty sick knife. What is the tip like? Having a hard time finding photos.

Edit: found a video. Surprisingly thick blade. I will have to see about coming up with extra funds for that to be an option.

Update. I ended up going for an OD green American lawman after an excessive amount of research and consideration.

Should be here next week. Will be my first cold steel blade. I have typically been critical of CS in the past for ridiculous g10,blade shapes, and general marketing but this blade seems boring enough, and certainly well made.
