Another one forged from 52100.

I've tried to forge it as a nice small EDC knife, and to try some really cool looking vintage rag micarta.
This one is 0,10" thick at the middle with taper to 3/64" at the end of the tang, and it's wicked sharp slicer.

Flats are left raw, soaked in vinegar and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.

Details:

Overall length - 6,3"
Blade length - 2,5"
Blade width - 0,9"
Thickness at the back of the spine -0,10"
Tang tapers to 3/64" at the end
The knife weights 1,6 oz and with sheath is 3,3 oz

Handle material:Super cool looking rag micarta, dated 1963. There was a lot number with year of manufacture on the inner side. Black G10 liners, carbon fiber pins and lanyard tube.

Handmade 4mm thick (0,16") vegetable leather sheath, made for pocket carry (no belt loop).
