EDC THREAD (It's been a few days since the last one...)

Large Camillus boot knife - I think it is made out of 440C. Nice, cheap, medium sized pigsticker that lives in a shoulder harnes - the factory finish was terrible, but that's OK by me if it saves me $30.

And, of course, the 806 AFCK.

I cycle between three spydies, the gray calypso Jr, a mouse, and the centofante III. I couldn't be happier with them, but the Centofante is really impressive. I've said it before, but for the price, I don't think better knives exist.

EDC for me is as follows:

*Emerson Specwar CQC8 zero bevel grind w/a satin blade, the sharpest knife i have ever seen.........

*Bud Nealy Amoeba satin finish w/a MASS sheath, imho one of the great fixed blade carry knives, carries weak side IWB very well, easy to conceal, comfy, really like the thing......

*Spyderco Delica SE, my "utility" knife, its an old one w/the clip integral w/the handle, bought it when a store was going outta biz for $20 NIB, has done a lot of cuttin' thru the yrs and is still sharp, NEVER have sharpened it!! will have to break down before too much longer though.

*Kahr P9 carried strongside IWB, loaded w/Winchester Ranger 147 SXT's, a great EDC pistol, imho the Kahrs are one of the very best pistols for EDC use, light, accurate, reliable, easy to carry, like this one too.

*Nokia phone usually in my hand.

*Surefire E2e in my left front pocket.

*Punch OC in my right front pocket.

*sunglasses, cigs, lighter, Fisher bullet, change, Victorinox Ranger knife, spare mag in my "bag"

My newest edc is a Old Timer 34ot. Lately I usually have a sak on me and I add a 110 0r 112 when I think I will need it. I also got a Benchmade 556 last Valentines and it sees some daily duty. I was really excited about the BM when first getting it but kind of lost interest as I am more into traditional folders. It is starting to grow on me tho , nice folder.
 
I'll once again be carrying my small Sebbie that I just got back from CRK. They did an excellent job of sharpening and tuning it up.

I carry one of my handmade pieces, fixed blade with three inch blade four inch handle with bone stag. Also, a Swisschamp XLT. The Swisschamp comes in handy all the time. A Buck 110 is never far from reach. Ethier on my belt or in a coat pocket.
 
I carry a Spyderco Meerkat and a victorinox midnight mini champ daily at work, and a streamlight Key-Mate on my keychain. At home or out in the woods I like the Victorinox one hand opening Trailmaster. I wish Victorinox would make some smaller folder with that same one hand opening blade, because honestly that is my favorite knife....Its probably got everything you need, except it is a little too big to have rattlin around in your pocket.

I've been thinking of getting a Schrade lately... What do you think of the 340T? It's your EDC, so you must love it, haha, but I guess I'm looking for details.

Of late, I've gotten tired of one handed knives. Right now I have a Wenger 60/40 serrated locking Adirondack in my front pocket.
My keychain at has a LM Squirt S4 on it.
Usual weekend carry I replace the Adirondack with a Vic Centurion and add a Gerber Ultralight LST to my keychain for a small blade.
 
Small regular Sebenza, it's the only knife I regularly carry anymore. Also have:

Chapstick :)
Keys
Crappy Pilot pen that won't die (all three in left front pocket)
Pentax Optio S digital camera (in Altoids tin in right front pocket)
$1.86 in change (right front)
Nokia 3390 (right side pocket, knee-level)
Wallet (woefully underfilled with money :p) (rear pocket)

Buck/Strider Tarani, and a BM940TI

The Buck/Strider has impressed me so far, but the spear point is a little broad for some of the fine work.

Can't wait to get one of those again! Excellent knife, I used to EDC one. All the everyday type tools with no extras.
