The EDC Tool is brand new, the Scout Leather is an older version and the spinner was made by a guy that sells these online for $100, this one is limited production to 10 or 20 pieces, can’t remember which.Spinner base is real thick solid brass with felt sticky pad. Spinner has quality made USA bearings Both tools have magnets in all the holes . Take these all for $175. The bits are Wiha and unused. No damage to the copper spinner, it’s all patina. F$F or Zell
