Only my Vic Cadet today. I'm just back from Maui and this was the only knife I carried for 11 days. This is the pic of it sitting on the coffee cup that I used to to sharpen with. So easy to maintain a nice edge due to the soft steel.

This is my, "I wanna be like Blues Bender" post. :D First front flipper, and I'm really enjoying it. A lot of knife for the price.

It is nice to see that I am not the only person that likes the Kershaw Zing. I own three, one orange, one black and a black blade tanto. Tell me, how does the stainless steel version hold an edge? It is my understanding that Kershaw lowered the quality when they moved production over seas.

Oh, today's carry was a Vic Soldier (Alox) for church and a Zing made it into my pocket later in the day.

I used the Zing for daily task like cutting packages, tape, and the occasional whittling of a stick while wasting time. its in my regular rotation and I've had it for about a year and a half and In that time I've probably had to touch it up maybe two to three times. I really think it holds a good edge overall. another great thing about the Zing SS is that it's super thin and disappears in your pocket. having something that comfortable to carry with a little over 3 inch blade is nice. the other thing about this stainless steel model is built like a tank.
