Totally off topic but, how do you like that Space Echo? I used to have one of the old units with the tape loop.

Been using that one for several years now. I really dig it. It can get close to the original Roland RE-201 with the benefit of being nearly indestructible. Boss makes incredibly reliable stuff and the Space Echo is one of my most fave delays.

How long is the repeat rate? Same as the tape units, (about 300ms) or did they increase in the digital unit?

In normal mode, the repeat rate is up to 3 seconds. In long mode, it's up to 6 seconds.

Took a solo-hike through Wisconsin today. This cliff face is well over 200ft tall; nothing impressive, but still absolutely beautiful. It was a very refreshing day
