At an impressive 13" long, and with its huge, upswept CTS XHP stainless blade, the Cold Steel Talwar XL is a diminutive everyday carry knife for the modern women that blends in unobtrusively from the workplace to the pre-school. With design elements borrowed from Indo-Persian swords - which were once used with terrifying effect to decapitate British conquerors in one horrifying strike - the Talwar XL now performs with aplomb whether on the keychain or from the purse. The loud thwack of its enormous, polished blade lets the other soccer moms know that she means business with that juice box, and that she can be counted on to encourage proper etiquette when Lunchables and orange halves are served after swim practice. Whether opening Weight Watcher's snacks in the kitchen, or drowning her loneliness in cheap boxed wine and dark chocolate before bed, the Talwar XL's thin, razor sharp profile makes short work of any woman's daily household tasks. For today's strong, independent woman who exudes style, confidence and elegance in everything she does: the Cold Steel Talwar XL.

I think I just died LOL :p

Ended up going for a little walk in the woods today - brought the Liten Bror along (first time outta the safe since winter!):

Ha. Those ones look pretty gnarly with the thorn/spikes growing out of their head or arse(can't tell). What are they munching on(destroying)? Regret getting rid of my 943.

Carried my Zaan' and now I'm kicking back drinking a beer with my dog! :D I've been carrying this Zaan' a lot lately, along with my Rockstead too. I love the swedge on the Zaan', it's great for scraping things:thumbup:

^ That's a tasty oatmeal stout. I love stouts. I have Stones newest Wootstout stashed that I need to crack open soon.

Today's stuff. Showing the dr. t and Ingram some love.

They beat up a tomato plant. Little bastards.

Clamped on pretty tight so I just cut the affected branches off

Yep!:) I love Samuel Smith's, especially their Stingo. I haven't tried that one from Stone though.

I'm lovin' that Dr. T. The tight CF weave pattern is killer! That's one knife that I'd be proud to carry:)

I need to try their Stingo still, I have heard good things about it.

Thanks sir! He did a great job. I have to admit I switched from micarta to carbon fiber after remembering how good your Dunlap, and some other fellows slippies, looked in carbon fiber.

Man, I just got finished scanning the 20 or so pages I've missed since last checking in on this thread.
This little fixed blade has been dominating my main carry for quite some time now, and I recently traded in my 40 m&p for this 19. I forgot how fun shooting was.

Great looking pair, brother! It's always a pleasure to find you 'round here

Today I'm rocking the silver twill Blur. I've got a couple of Hulkbusters throwing corner

Thanks John, just started posting here again.

Brought up on traditionals but the ole hands struggle with age and injury so my Moderns are seeing some more pocket time:thumbup: Great picture of the Blur and Hulkbusters;) hope you and your family are doing well...
