What a beautiful piece by Herucus! What type of wood is that?

I have something on the way too. My first foray into what is known as "tacticool":D It's very unlike me to want something like this, but it's really calling my name, haha! I'm gonna use the heck out of this thing when it gets here!!!

Thanks Blues! It's spalted ironwood. Just a couple months ago I thought I had too many knives in synthetics - now I'm thinking I'm going overboard with ironwood... :p

Rather lackluster photo. As die hard of an Android fan that I am, I may need to get in on the new Iphone action. The camera looks pretty stellar.
