KnivesShipFree - A lot of times it's more about the PEOPLE than it is about the KNIVES.
Those guys are great, always making sure their customers are satisfied. Out of curiosity, what makes that knife a second? I can't tell the difference from mine.

This is the grind from the factory, Rockstead calls it Shinogizukuri. It's basically two convex bevels, and it makes cutting things an absolute charm!
Awesome! Thanks for the info! Haven't ever seen that grind on one before! It does look wicked sharp.. Also looks like it would be slightly easier to sharpen if you needed to..?
Well I guess about as easy as a knife with that high of HRc could be any way.

This has totally become my go to EDC. BRK Essential 20CV with Maroon Linen Micarta handle and CF bolsters. What a great knife.
Awesome blade! I love the Essential BRK I have been eyeing it hard for a while now!! Like the look of the cf with red linen Micarta also

Well, as cliche as it might sound. Being at a lost of words (or lack thereof) truly fits the bill this go around. It has been said time and time again about how wonderful, generous, kindhearted, and overall family oriented the knife, tool, and gear community can be. But never did I imagine what would come about after a mishap with one of my favorite providers.....
