Thinner and much stronger than the PM2 I often find in my pocket. I don't know why I don't carry this knife more than I do.

I think the same thing about my American Lawman.

CTS-XHP!

The Code 4 has kept everything else out of my pocket. But it's not for everybody. The Triad Lock is stiff, and although I don't have a problem with it, there is a break-in period for a lot of people. It doesn't help that Aluminum is a tiny bit.... sticky, and the lockbar seems to drag just a little on the slabs.

It's not a perfect knife (yeah, I know... Unicorns), but IMO, Cold Steel put the money in the right places with this one: strong lock (I'm a Demko fanboy anyway), good steel, and decent ergonomics. For me, the compromises are far outweighed by the good.

Had to share a new maker and amazing knife.

Vorn Knives: Draugr (Old Norse for Ghost) model.
S35VN Steel
Elk Horn Bolster
Maple Burl Handles with a Red liner.
Swedge and thumb jimping.
7 in overall and 3 inch blade. Perfect for EDC
A Bad to the Bone custom sheath.
If this knife is missing something... I can't find it! Perfect for me. And affordable for the quality and materials.

I LOVE this knife. Will let you know how it processes deer. Check Him out!

It should be! His work looks amazing.

He's making me a Sodbuster and possibly a backpocket with a clip point (it should look similar to avoidspam's) both with vintage Westinghouse micarta. Possibly with M4 steel:eek:

That combination sounds well worth the wait:)

His work is visually spot on but also ticks all the build and finish boxes you can only appreciate in hand:)

Enjoy:D
