Thanks for asking Brian and Mike...it's one of the new 'non-clones' (like Reate) out of China, and it's a beauty...titanium handles, frame lock with hidden lock bar insert and overtravel stop, layered VG10 steel...the layers are visible though I don't know what the VG10 is layered with.
Weighs in at 5.25 oz (the handles are milled out on the inside to reduce weight), 3.5 in cutting edge, flips great on bearings.
The blade has taken a great edge and held it perfectly for the past several days...the quality of the blade steel was more than evident while sharpening.
The blade has three different finishes, satin flats, cnc bevels (very slight) and polished edge.
