I hardly ever carry this Endura. Every time I pull it out of the drawer I wonder why not...riding in the pocket today. Solid knife.

It's an Ontario Rat Model II. Just did the acid stonewash, put a new edge on it and Rit dyed the scales.
 
This beauty arrived at my doorstep today. I wish I had gone with a different anodizing after seeing pics of the Gold/Purple two tone, but I'm still blown away by this knife.

It's a super nice compact knife that's classy. I'm generally not a fan of wood handles but had to get the Shinola because as an avid cyclist and knife nut, it just made sense ;) The Dymondwood looks pretty brittle - I wouldn't want to bang this knife too hard or drop it too often.

Thanks a ton man, haven't been able to get any feedback on it, but that answers my questions completely. Sounds like the knife isn't for me, but Shinola is a pretty cool brand.
