The knife is called an MAS-I and is made by Martin Annegarn of MaKnives.

Lovely, tidy Case there. Good catch:)

Those are super cool knives. I just saw a pic of a MiniMAS - wow! Doesn't look like they are easy to find...

Far from it:) It's a slipjoint. The blade is held in place by two larger detent balls, one in each liner.

Wait, it doesn't have a spring bar? I'm confused:confused:

Is it almost like a "double linerlock"? I can't picture what you're describing:D Then again, I haven't had any coffee this morning;)

If you could give more details/pics on this design, I'd appreciate it. It seems like a really intriguing knife:thumbup:

I was reading up on that knife earlier and this is what I found - pretty cool: "inside the knife are 2 liners, cut like a liner-lock. But the liners don't lock behind the blade, lik a normal liner lock, instead they rest against the side of the blade when open. There are detent balls in the liners, and corresponding holes in the blade, holding the blade in the open, half-stop, and closed position. So it's not really a lock, but a modern kind of slipjoint system."

Man that is a gorgeous design! Never seen that model before though. More info please?
It's called "FOX Terzuola Design".
I hate to put links here, but I got it from Knifeworks, if you search for FOX knives in their website,
it'll show up in two models - "gentleman" and "tactical" - black G-10 on the scales, clip, and Ceracoated blade.
IMO:Very good quality and steel (N690Co as most good Fox knives) for the buck and change I paid for it with free shipping :D

Sure wish they made this knife with titanium scales instead of wood.

Received these two over the past couple of weeks, will be toting them around today.

I think the Pingo has become my favorite blade. Now have two of them.

This is the BHQ Kizer Tomcat. Not sure how I like it yet, but for the money, it was definitely worth it.

Found it :D

That looks like a very nice design, and if the fit and finish is done well enough I might have to get my hands on one of those for a good user carry ;)
I would probably get the tactical version for the pocket clip and the coating though. Not that I want the coating, but I could have some very nice customization done on the knife and having the coating left in the fuller would be nice in my opinion ;)

Sure wish they made this knife with titanium scales instead of wood.

If I do get the chance to get one of these in the future, I know a few people who would make that happen, and either that or some nice marble carbon fiber would be what I would do, with the blade coating removed from the black version except in the fuller so there is still a black accent on the blade.

FriarPhenn and a few other people here have shown me that if it's not perfect, there is someone somewhere who will make it perfect for you if you can find them ;)

Greg, first the Ironwood Pingo and now the Ti... You are killing me! That Kizer Tomcat is no slouch either.

I am carrying the Beer Scout again. Had the "Beer Scout's" been an organization when I was a kid I might have turned out differently.

Every knife has the potential to be THE knife (some more than others) if only you have the vision and means to make it so.

This crazy Milie, however, won't leave my pocket...

This is my homage to David's (Thales2015) brilliant photography.

If only my pictures were half as good :-/ well at least the knife is awesome!

I am absolutely lovin' the current setup on my M2 Ritter.
I try every morning; but can't seem to switch it out for anything else in my collection.

Python canvas micarta scales (w/710 shape) & cogged butt end back spacer.
