Today I got back outside, and I brought something special with me - my first fixed blade ever (this one was circa 1981-83, IIRC) - a Buck 102, given to me by my dad for my first deer hunting trip. I've never taken photos of this one before:

Man I really think the Buck fixed blades hold up well. My first fixed blade was a 119 given to me by my dad. I've gotten a 102 since and it may be my favorite production fixed blade.

I should really do this. That way, If I find my self dreading a knife coming up or being upset with what I'm carrying, I should sell that knife. It would be knife natural selection at it's finest.
