Yard work today. Opened 50 bags of river rock with this. It's about as sharp as a spoon right now.

Well I gotta give it to you, you use your blades. I think a $5 utility knife might be a smarter choice over a $500 Hinderer for that task however. Lol, that poor poor XM😂

In love with this pairing. 710-3 and Small 21

I may be 22 years old, but I'm still a minecraft fanatic:D

Can't leave this beauty alone for too long. The Bodega was with me this Saturday and the Diskin Fire was my Sunday carry though ;)

Can't believe how sharp this one still is even after a while. Only stropped it lightly 2 times in a couple months and it will still bite you if you even look at that edge wrong!

 My new favorite, Is that the S30V, the M390, the S90V, or...? And while I'm not really into automatics, the Diskin-Fire is amazing.

What is this? It's very nice on the eyes. Lockback?

It's a slipjoint and the blade is held in place by two detents and a hidden stop pin.

Here's a pic of it in bits:)

Another advantage of this method is that you can flush the blade tang with the frame of the knife, a nice touch in my book:thumbup:

The bolsters and liners are TI and the blade ATS-34. It's made by Martin Annegarn (MaKnives). It could all be terribly wrong but he's got it all perfectly right:)

Now what fun would that be?! Anyone can use a utility knife to open bags of rocks. I use every knife I have doesn't matter how much it cost. The more it cost the more I expect out of it. Sometimes I'm disappointed and sometimes I have a big smile on my face like in this case. It cleaned and sharpened up beautifully after.
