I switched to this one today, because I just did this heat anodizing job on it. I've never tried this before, I kinda like how it turned out. New edge a few days ago, and now this. It's like a whole new knife.

Thanks, I did it on the electric stovetop believe it or not. The heat anodizing part took all of ten minutes. Now putting the knife back together with all those tiny little IKBS bearings, that's a whole other story. :upset:
