Manly made 115 of those, by order of the Bulgarian Bladeforum, this is their original design. Very functional outdoor knife, 154cm steel, full tang, i believe G10 scales.
It comes with certificate from Manly with all the details about HT and so on...

I don't go much on hunting trips or hiking, but living in the country side in FL we do lots of those and this is what I primarily use it, and love it.

Someone else should confirm this, but I remember seeing somewhere that G&G Hawk collaborated on the design and presumably approved the use of the mechanism.

Too bad it looks so weird (and quartermaster is so sketchy)...

Their website says that they helped the Hawks buy back the patent (from Kershaw?) and in return were allowed to use it on their design. I haven't heard anything to the contrary, so I'll take it at face value.
