If you're looking to avoid processed foods, that definitely includes stuff in a can... But, pretty much the worst thing in canned food is high sodium. When I buy canned food I just look for "no salt added" etc.

The only reason I know this is because of my blood pressure. My dr told me to avoid all processed foods. He said this especially includes any canned foods and prepackaged lunch meat.

He said if I do my shopping mainly around the very outside of the store's perimeter I should be safe. (Fresh produce, fresh meats, frozen veggies, etc)

That said, still looks like some damn good burritos. I'd eat one! :thumbup:
