yeah I've also had mine for several years and I've only had to change the battery twice. I also have a Suunto Advizor that I've owned for, my gosh, I want to say almost 16 years (since 2000)? I've only changed the battery in that guy like 4-5 times.
 
It's been a while since I've posted in this thread.
I finally put a proper edge back on my sebenza so into the pocket it went.
