I have primarily carried the Protech TR-5 the past two weeks. If you like assisted openers it is a fantastic knife.

 
Buck Vantage today

I put a few drops of Hoppes #9 lubricating oil on the pivot point and it now flips WAY better than it did previously. Is there anything wrong with doing this to any knives? Particularly those with Teflon washers? Sorry if questions are frowned upon in this thread I just didn't want to start an entirely new one.
