For what it is (a slipjoint on steroids), it's superb. Fit and finish was pretty much perfect on mine, to a level well above what I'd expect at the $100 price point. Performance-wise, it's great at both slicing and piercing with the quasi-Wharncliffe blade shape and the combo of spring and extended tang under the thumb is really solid. Gives your fingers a workout to open one-handed, but after a little practice (and more than a little Tuf-Glide) I actually find it fun.
I bought it mostly for international travel and jurisdictions in the US where locking knives and blades above 3" are not welcome, but like it enough that it's in the regular EDC rotation now.
