I did wait for it almost 5 months, it was on pre-order. KC sent it last week.
Nothing fancy, Chinese steel, very good design, worth the $40+ it cost, Ithink. Love the Ti coating on the Shield, this- one is completely covered, a plus by my books. Budget knife of nice design.
Keep in mind, it's AO, the spring on the Shield broke after few hundred openings, Kershaw was happy to send a new spring, great CS, no hassle.

My hand is kind of big but you'll get the idea :D

Been wearing this around my neck for a few months. The profile of Todd's True Saber in W2 is incredibly thin. It's even a hair thinner than my Alan Folts Minimalist, making it great for neck carry and despite the length I often forget it's there. It's easy and safe to deploy and sheath this knife with one hand after gettin used to her. And don't worry, I just removed that starter rust spot halfway down the blade with some 0000 wool.
