I didn't think so but I ckecked and it does. It sounded and felt a little "gritty" out of the box but after a couple of days it flips great and is smooth. I'd buy it again.

Sorry for the late reply. My tapatalk hasn't been working correctly for some reason. The knife in the picture is a Microtech LUDT Storm Trooper edition. Part of their new Star Wars line up.
