This is the Persian by Sam Johnston of Johnston knives. You can see his work on Instagram @johnstonknives ; I scored this one direct from him via one of his lottos. This went for $750 direct. Blade length is about 3.6" It does have a pocket clip. Here is a pic of the lock side.
