Late to the ZT party, this is my first one. Carried this beauty at work today. Love it. 0566 Blackwash for those that don't know (most of you probably do)

Thanks! It's a Casio Protrek. My wife got it for me a few years ago. My only complaint is the factory strap but I fixed that with a NATO strap.
Say, what is that laying on the Glock grip with the glass breaker/skull crusher? Is there a pen in there somewhere? Good stuff there!

Buck 110 SKBlades Exclusive in D2 (flat ground) and Cocobolo w/silver nickel bolsters. Yum.

Today I am carrying this waveless 8 in honor and memory of one of the best friends I've ever, ever had in my life - Baron, the GSD in my avatar. Lost him last night. The Rampant Lion Steel Flame clip is a fitting tribute to this guy, who had the heart of a lion and the enthusiasm of a pup even through his last day, a quarter of the way into his fifteenth year. My own heart will never be the same. This one needs a Dog Paw pivot too I think. Rest in peace Baron.

I'm so very sorry for your loss and I know how difficult it is. I lost my best friend also back in 2001 a Red Dobie his name was Hollywood and he will also always be in my heart were he lives on .

So, the saying; the best knife is the one you have on you, is not always entirely correct. Today I'm carrying my Squirt ES4, because I like to carry in my watch pocket, and the pants of the day has really shallow pockets, so the squirt is the only knife in my lineup that conceals. I like the Squirt, but prefer a locking blade and always carry such when pocket space allows.
I never feel safe with non-locking blades and I always find it strange when reviewers trivialize this fact when reviewing non-locking blades, especially EDC blades that you have to use for whatever situation that might arise.
So back to the squirt, when the need for a knife arose earlier today, I knew the squirt wouldn't be the best knife for the task, but it was right there in my pocket, and laziness prevented me from getting a proper knife. As I've always worried about, today the knife closed on me while applying a fair amount of pressure, resulting in a nice and deep cut in my thumb.
So thats just my heads up to any other lazy EDC'ers out there.
No need to point out my stupidness here, I'm fully aware, and only blame myself.

I I have and used the squirt all the time. I agree though for anything other than very light cutting probably best to go with a different blade. I use the pliers and wire cutter more often than anything on it for the kids toys.

Hope u heal quick Brother!
