It's the Kubey YAG in 14C28N, designed by Ostap Hel. It's available with three different blade shapes, three handle materials, and the ones with the brown Micarta have coated blades. It's very comfortable to use. While it's a dedicated three-finger knife, that steel lanyard loop at the base of the handle is just enough to curl my pinky around.

Honestly, it's one of my all-time favorite tiny fixed blades, to the point that I got it in multiple configurations and they all see carry.
