i pared down some of what i carry and only carry the other stuff if i feel the need or think i might need it.

the flashlight on the top goes on the belt (titanium clip still holds tight) (wish my e2e had one, i might not have lost it

the rest of the stuff is in quadrants, top left equals front left, bottom right equals right rear etc.

so we have:
crk large sebenza (leftie)
lg vx-4400 cell phone with verizon

credit cards with tiny cross pen/stylus (that i use only as a pen)
leatherman juice S2 on lanyard
in 5th pocket:
small lighter
chapstick
cmg sonic
sparklite (thanks bquinlan, was it, for suggesting to carry it by itself, i feel much more prepared)
and often a modified mini fox-40

then in left rear,
currently just spyderco mouse (sometimes a small notebook or spare battery for my phone)

and in right rear
bandanna and hankerchief
pilot g2 pen

ok so i've been carrying that for a bit and it works like a charm in jeans although i have to move stuff around a bit for different pants/shorts.

there are a couple things i'd like to replace however. Like i'd like to replace the regular bandanda with the mighty cool looking bandando from bladerigger (anyone have/use/like on of those by the way) and the g2 pen with something stronger/nicer that could be used as a kobuton if need be. i'd love to have something like that (rotring 600 series?) that i could take on a plane/into courtrooms if necessary.

the rest of the stuff except maybe the phone seems perfect but i'm always on the lookout for somethign better. (oh yeah and i want to get a photon II yellow to wear around the neck)

Anyway, the question i have for the rest of you guys is do you have something that you want to replace with something else in your daily carry, or just something you'd like to add. am i just a freak or does anyone else think of the nicest/ideal carry assuming money wasn't an issue. so does anyone have something in their carry rotation that they want to replace with something nicer/more applicable to their uses or something they'd like to add? let us know :).

Hi schiesz, where'd you get the SF E1 Cree mod and how much did it run you if you don't mind my asking? I've got an E1 also and wouldn't mind doing an upgrade on it too.

I bought it in the FST forums at candlepowerforums.com, but surefire just annouced at SHOT 2007 that they are making new LED heads for the E series using Cree LEDs. Just wait a few months and you should be able to get a VERY bright LED upgrade head for your E1, with a decent runtime to boot.

Decided it was time for a changeoff so out came the Strider AR and in the pocket it went. I'm pleased to say that the handles have been slimmed down a mite and dremel grooves added at 6 per side. This really gives it a good feel in my hand. I also finally decided to move the pocket clip back so that the AR would ride deeper in my pocket and that has worked real well, and I mean REAL WELL.

Everything else the same;

Today, I have my Spyderco Dodo SE. (It eats cardboard like nobodies business). I also have my trusty Ziptied Delica. (I can open it faster than my new waved Endura). I also have all the various other things: wallet, cell phone etc.....

Nice & Simple! But useful...

In right front pocket:
1) Old leather card-holder, with ID, one CC, AAA card & a few bills, if I'm lucky.
2) Benchmade Pardue liner lock, with 440C blade and SS handles-Old one!

Left front pocket:
CR2 Ion

Clipped to belt loop, on keyring:
Photon Microlight II, old Gerber mini-LST, various keys, of course.

Around the neck:
Newly acquired Fred Perrin Street Cleaver, with kydex sheath and green paracord lanyard. Light, sweet & very wicked blade!

Seldom varies, but it's all I usually need.

Forgot that I almost always have a Fisher bullet pen or Pilot mini on me.
