That's a beautiful knife! Who makes it?

Robert:)

Hello Robert,

A man named Eddie White(Shadowknives here on the forum) made this knife for me to my custom specifications. It is a custom version of his model # 9. I have rather large paws and needed a decent drop point hunter/skinner design with thicker than normal scales. I am also fond of the natural qualities of Rams Horn because of their tendency to become 'grippy' and retain a sort of 'suction' quality and not become slippery during messy hard use cutting chores when lots of blood and tissue is plentifully about..

I was so impressed with not only Eddie White's work as a custom knife maker but also Eddie White the person. He is a fellow who stands apart from 95% of the folks you will ever know in regard to human virtues like honesty, integrity, kindness, consideration.. and the list goes on and on.

If you interested in one of his knives, go to the "knifemakers for sale forum" here at BF and search for shadowknives or Eddie White.

or go to the website: www.shadowknives.com

Nice set up! Sorry to go O/T but I've got the iPhone 3G and BlueAnt Z9 and was wondering if you're having the same issue I am. I only really use the headset on weekends when I'm using my car so other than that I leave the Bluetooth off on my phone. Every time I turn it on it says it's paired with the headset but the headset won't work. I have to unpair the Z9 from the iPhone and re-pair it each time. Does this happen with you at all?

Never had a problem with it so far, I have it paired to both of my phones and it works great. I only use it when driving and it is the best blutooth I've tried.

Hmm, ok thanks for the quick reply. Glad to know you're not having any problems. At least that means it's not a compatibility issue with the iPhone. I'll probably post my issue over on HowardForums and see if anyone has any suggestions.
Thanks again!

Here's what I got today.

I've been noticing that alot of you guys carry two knives. I find that if you carry more than one that it widens your ability to perform cutting tasks greatly. I usually carry my Strider SMF CC, a Victorinox SAK for all the tools, and a Kershaw Skyline. That Kershaw will be replaced by my Mini Grip when I get it back from Benchmade repair.

I usually carry a couple knives around since it's just kind of nice to have blades that have dedicated tasks. However, one can only hold so much in slim straight jeans.
