Just emptied my pockets form trip to bass pro and lunch. Here were the contents. Identical to what I carry EDC to work except I don't carry the 340SC to work and the knife is normally an Umnumzaan instead of the Sebenza.

Today I am totin a newly aquired benchmade 800 AFCK, never understood the hype about this blade until I actually held one and carried it...now I understand... :D

Took some time to put a real cord wrap on my Swamp Warden.

Nice set up, seems like you have all your bases covered without carrying extra "junk."

Lightweight H1 SE Hawk for rough cutting, light and thin Swamp fixed for plain edge work and prying, nice little flashlight that is bright enough to do 98% of anything you might need a light for. iPhone for calls and Internet....

Now I feel the need for the same set up!!! :grumpy: :D

So is that the original Sibert? The one that Benchmade released its 755 on?

Thanks.

Yep, That would be T.K.C.'s pride and joy ;) ...an original MPR by Mr. Sibert himself. Like you mentioned it's the design that BM based the 755 after. Hoping to see it out soon after the Shot Show. Take Good Care and Be Safe Always.

BTW, BM is using the M390 steel for the blade rather than S30V.

EDC is Nighthawk Talon, Chris Reeve Sebenza, and either a TOPS CAT or BRKT B1 SS or RAT RC-3 or 4, or one of my Busse Game Wardens. When I travel via air I throw one of my Spydies in my luggage and carry it when I get wherever I'm going.

Hahah, the setup does work well. The Iphone is great for posting here in between college classes :D

Of all of the things shown that you carry, I only see one thing that probably isn't worth keeping in your pocket (it isn't worth it's weight).:D

Mr. Blonde, you don't happen to have a FG wharncliffe Urban you're looking to get rid of? :D

That little swamp rat has a mean looking edge on it, is it convexed, or just a wicked low angled bevel?

Reprofiled it, standard V edge. Gonna take it a touch thinner sometime soon. Might strip it too. The steel in Swamp Rats is really good and easily holds up to rough use with an edge like this.

Squirt? It's just there for pliers.
