Well...today it was a full-serrated Delica 4.

Went 4-wheeling and like to have the serrations in case I get upside down and in a bind.

From a different thread, 'name your knife thread':

Naming weapons is something that is very much a tradition in México. Especially in the army, they made us name the rifles and side arms.
The hawk is call “la mugrosa” (witch means the dirty one) named it like that because that’s pretty much the description of the job its intended for.
The knife is called “el sediento” the thirsty one.

Still no idea who the maker is, though.

I was refer to the knife, not hatchet, I saw that you had already identified the hatchet earlier on. Personally they don't interest me, I was just helping a fellow forumite with the request of the picture that was postde from a different angle. Thanks for the information, though.
