Today it's my Kershaw S30V Blur. Got it on a blem sale. Some streaks in the finish on the blade, but other than that, I don't have a clue what the blemish might be. Very cool $40 EDC!

Isn't this the S60V version?

It says S30V on the blade. I have not heard of an S60V version, but that doesn't mean one isn't made. Would be interested in knowing more about it, but unless the blem on mine is that it's mismarked as S30V when it's actually S60V, mine isn't one.

Funny, I happened to decided to take a pic for this thread today, and guess what knife I was carrying...

HA! That is funny!

So what distinguishes the S30V version from the S60V? It looks like yours might be a dark copper or brown color surrounding the grippy stuff in the handle. Is that an optical illusion on my machine, an option, or the distinguishing factor? None of the above?

BTW, I'm in the market for a PF-9. Let me know if you know where to get one.

The S60V blur was put out by kershaw in a limited run. Almost all of them had an unevenly ground edge so I believe that all but 60 of them were marked as Blems. The color of the handle is OD green. The inserts are black, the orange/brown must be an illusion from your monitor.
I don't know a thing about the PF9, but I do like carrying my P3AT :D

Wait wait wait. Kershaw sells their uneven beveled knives as discount priced blems, while that's the norm for any blue class benchmade?

Not hating on benchmades, majority of my small collection are benchmades ha ha, just an interesting observation. Kinda wish kershaw made designs that appeal to me now

Anywho, back on topic. Not much of a rotation anymore. It's tanto seb front right, benchmade 860 manual bedlam right rear. Don't honestly have a good excuse to carry it but it just kinda disappears back there and man is it fun to whip out :D:eek::foot:

I know, I wish they made some Larger knives as well. Imagine if Kershaw made something like the Rukus, Skirmish or Dejavoo...

Kershaw mini mojo (aka 'mini mojito'). had to hunt for one for months, its discontinued and apparently from like 2005 or around there. Ill never get rid of it, I had to fight to find the sucker!
