I am going to have to eat my words on this knife. Before, I complained about 'hot spots' on the handle, along with some very aggressive jimping. Well, after giving the knife another shot, I like it now. Perhaps my hand has grown accustomed to the handle? In any event, it goes from least liked to 'not bad'. :o
 
It is by Darrel Ralph. It is the Trigger Maze with a fighter blade profile.13 were made for Lynn Olson's knife store. I have really been enjoying it. It is an assisted opener too.

Yesterday we were driving in a convoy whit a VIP in and around Juarez. We arrived at a government office only to find that the parking spaces were blocked off by a rope, (we did not have a set itinerary which is a pain in the ass and leads to this type of things) I stepped out of the lead car and whit out much taught, cut the rope in half. We parked the cars and the VIP asked to see the knife, he smiled and pulled out a Swiss army knife and told me he was a knife guy as well.

The security guard In charge of the parking lot was pissed off about the rope, but well, shit happens.

The guy was eating some tacos across the street or something.

MkIII and 2JZ-GTE (twin turbo)...been trying to sell it cause i'm moving abroad, but its been a nightmare!

Hey furfmonkey,

I'm sorry no to respond sooner. I haven't checked the thread in a few days. The pistol is a Ruger LCP .380 that I have owned for several years. It is with me almost all the time. I'm a small guy (5'5") and it is difficult to conceal anything much larger (except during winter, wearing jackets, sweaters, etc). I usual carry my Kimber Ultra Carry II in my back pack. I have to admit to feeling a little under gunned when it comes to the LCP. I saw the LC9 in at Academy Sports last weekend. I'm seriously considering purchasing that to replace the LCP. In place of the LCP, sometimes I carry a Sig P238 (also in .380). Although, I have been having a serious addiction to the 1911 platform lately.

Enjoying this setup today.
Invicta 8926C, Victorinox black alox pioneer, plain ole used and abused Zippo, and Sanrenmu 710 in black and forest camo. Feel a little strange not carrying a Case, Queen or USA Schrade of some kind but this is a handy pocket full of gear.
Not shown; Nokia N8 (great phone!) and Nano-tac flashlight (best mini light ever).
