Bench grinder, then a DMT diamond stone or sharping rod :grumpy:

Make sure you carry some extra flints at the bottom of the pad. Nothing says fail like the flint running out right before you light up. I usually carry backup with me too just in case it runs out of fluid also.
 
Speaking of lighters... I just fired up a Wave with this one. Custom brass CNC billet lighter.

Spyderco PPT today, and easily my new favorite edc!! I have handled ALOT of spydies, and this one is by far one of the nicest!
 
lately, I've been carrying my spyderco Gayle bradley, sage 1, and CRK sebenza.

they cover everything I need them for, so why do I want more???

i know i have some flints lying around i just gotta find 'em, very good idea keeping them in the lighter.

very nice! i like the "FTW" in bold. i love that push dagger too!

any other zippo users out there?
 
spyderco ffg delica, crkt k.i.s.s (money clip), case red bone peanut and as far as lighters go my choice is a 3 torch ever tech. catches anything on fire in a mater of seconds. doesnt use that nasty tasting zippo fuel either

This one is my wife's now but I carried it from 07-10 and I hand engraved the FTW and skull. I made the leather for it too.

My ever changing escape and evasion tin





The stuff I keep in it is ever changing. I always find myself modifying it depending on the needs that I have during work or by imagining what could come in handy if something bad would go down.
What i need now is a kiradashi, something light (titanium maybe, don’t know how easy it is to sharpen), for carving and basic cutting, so as to not pull out a large knife in public. A kiradashi seems like a discreet option for a cutting tool.

:confused:Any ideas?
