Cutting up some tough-assed acorn squash today for dinner so we had to break out the serious choppers. These are two of my smaller vintage cleavers. Both have 8" blades and have spent quite a bit of time being cleaned up as well as sharpening on my Edge Pro. Both will clean hair off your arm.
On top is a Village Blacksmith with a total length of 13". The one on the bottom is a Foster Bros with a total length of 16" And of course in between is my weekend beater knife, a BM 710.

I don't think I have anything else in my pockets, but every once in a while my laguiole pops up when I least expect it.

I have a small toolbox full of small folders, the fanciest of which is a SOG Tomcat 3.0. I never carry that one around with me, though, as it's overkill for cutting boxes and such. Over the past few months, I've settled on four knives--all of them cheap. Which one I carry depends on what my day will be like:
Ontario RAT Model 1: Decent, solid 3.6" folder that I wouldn't mourn if it fell down a storm drain. The longest blade of my EDC knives, I carry it when I'm working in the woods.
Spyderco Cat: Excellent no-BS little guy. Opens easy, keeps a good edge, easy to handle.
Spyderco Kiwi: tiny Wharncliffe folder. Cheap, but surprisingly good steel.
German Eye Sodbuster Jr.: I love this knife. It's an Old Man knife, but a perfect old man knife. I prefer a drop point for most chores, and the yellow handle makes it easy to find when dropped.
