Any reason to the intense reprofiling for the ZT0200?

I didn't like the serrations on the 0200ST. And plus I changed it from the regular profile, to a chisel profile, and now to a V grind. Mostly slicing ability, but also to test my new EdgePro

Local gunsmith did it for $25, which I thought was pretty cheap. For giggles, I had been intending to try it myself, but this guy was cheaper and easier. I happened to have the Griptilian in my pocket when I was at the gunsmith's, so thats what got coated.

It looks like you dropped it in some mud and never washed it off, I think it's pretty rad.
