I'm not a big slipback(?) lover but I really starting to like these. I've seen them before but the more I see them the more I like them. Who makes these and where are they sold? I know I've seen the info before but never paid attention.
The term is SlipjointI can't comment on that knife, since I'm not sure about it. But judging by the CPM 154 steel I'd wager it's a custom, or some sort of limited production high quality knife.
Googling "Alsdorf" which is stamped on the tang shows there is a Mike Alsdorf who makes knives, so that would be my wager.
